Options and timelines for getting your part to you.
Delivery options
Smaller parts ship via standard parcel carriers. Large or heavy items such as engines, transmissions, and body panels ship via freight and may require a business address or a liftgate at delivery. The available options and cost for your specific part are confirmed on your quote.
Timelines
Once an order is confirmed and payment is complete, most parcel shipments leave our facility within a couple of business days. Freight shipments are scheduled with the carrier and typically take longer. You will receive tracking and updates as your order moves.
Local pickup
If you are near one of our locations, you can choose local pickup at checkout. We will let you know when your part is ready and confirm pickup hours and the documentation to bring.
Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect freight deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us right away so we can help resolve it.
