Please read these terms carefully before using Partix.

1. Acceptance of terms
Partix operates an online marketplace for quality-inspected used and recycled auto parts. By accessing or using partix.co and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Quotes and orders
Quotes are estimates based on available inventory and are subject to confirmation. An order is only binding once we confirm it and payment is processed. Prices, availability, and fitment are verified before finalizing.
4. Used parts
Parts sold are used and recycled unless otherwise stated. Condition is graded and disclosed. Warranty coverage, where offered, is described on your quote and in our warranty policy.
5. VIN verification and fitment
We verify part fitment against your vehicle identification number (VIN) before a purchase is finalized. You are responsible for providing an accurate VIN and vehicle details. Partix is not responsible for incorrect fitment resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
6. Insurance and repairs
Partix supplies replacement parts only. We are not an insurer, body shop, or repair facility, and we do not file, adjust, or guarantee insurance claims. Any estimate or photos you share are used solely to help us source parts. Confirm parts coverage with your insurer and repair shop.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before purchasing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of parts or the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the part at issue.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
